Raymond Cross, MD, is a professor of medicine and director of the IBD Program at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Millie Long, MD, is an associate professor of medicine and director of the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Fellowship Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Laurie Keefer, PhD, is a gastrointestinal health psychologist and professor of medicine at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York.
