Jessica Allegretti, MD, is medical director of the Crohn's and Colitis Center and director of the fecal microbiota transplant program at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Raymond Cross, MD, is professor of medicine and director of the IBD Program at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. Millie Long, MD, is a professor of medicine, vice chief of education and director of the fellowship program in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
