About The Dermatologist

A mainstay in the specialty since 1998, The Dermatologist provides current insights and peer perspectives into today's dermatology issues and news. This multimedia platform offers reader-friendly, timely, and informative articles and digital resources highlighting clinical advances and professional advice that can be implemented into any modern practice setting.

Our audience of more than 19,000 health care providers includes dermatologists and residents, as well as nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurses. We collaborate with numerous associations, including:

  • National Psoriasis Foundation, the world’s leading patient advocacy organization dedicated to the 7.5 million Americans with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis and educating dermatologists on the latest research related to psoriasis
  • National Eczema Association, a nonprofit organization that aims to improve the health and quality of life for individuals with eczema through research, support, and education
  • National Rosacea Society, the world’s largest organization dedicated to improving the lives of the estimated 16 million Americans who experience rosacea
  • National Alopecia Areata Foundation, an organization that supports research to find a cure or acceptable treatment for alopecia areata, supports those with the disease, and educates the public about alopecia areata
  • Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, a nonprofit professional organization composed of members who provide dermatologic care or have an interest in the medical specialty of dermatology
  • Dermatology Nurses' Association, a global network of dermatology care providers

In addition to practical information on treating diseases and running a dermatology practice, The Dermatologist reports on medical conferences throughout the world, providing readers with pertinent news from scientific sessions, symposia, and late-breaking clinical trials.
