Online RCIS Review Course

September 2018

Spokane Community College offers a registered cardiovascular invasive specialist (RCIS) review course for healthcare professionals looking to earn their RCIS credentials. X-ray techs, nurses, and healthcare professionals alike can register for the RCIS review course. The review course is broken down into two classes: RCIS 1 covers Hemodynamics and EKG interpretation.  RCIS 2 covers equipment, procedures, access, hemostasis, interventions, and special procedures. These classes can be taken in any order or at the same time. Students who sit for the RCIS boards after taking both RCIS review classes have an impressive pass rate; 100% for reporting students.  Spokane Community College’s RCIS review courses are self-paced, with no required login times. This ensures students can take the classes on their schedule with regard to work and call schedules. Instructor Dale Cuilla is very responsive to student inquiries and encourages questions. The next class runs from September 19–December 13. Registration is available online* at https://www.campusce.net/spokane/category/category.aspx
