PsychConsult Provider becomes first EHR to recieve standalone CCHIT certification for behavioral health

Askesis Development Group has announced that PsychConsult Provider version 7.1.1, is now a CCHIT Certified 2011 Behavioral Health Electronic Health Record (EHR) fully certified for use in standalone behavioral health facilities.

Inspected for integrated functionality, interoperability and security criteria independently developed by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT), PsychConsult Provider fully complied with 100 percent of the criteria.

Askesis is currently the only EHR vendor with a product achieving this level of standalone CCHIT certification. Previously CCHIT certified Behavioral Health EHRs as Ambulatory EHRs with the addition of behavioral health functionality.
