Miguel Regueiro, MD, is professor of medicine and chair of the Digestive Disease Institute at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Corey Siegel, MD, is the section chief of Gastroenterology and Hepatology and the codirector of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
