In this case, the common nature of CLTI patients with multivessel, multilevel disease and multiple comorbidities is well demonstrated. The use of strategies to reduce contrast and radiation exposure for these patients is very important for success of revascularization. This case highlights the use of these technologies and the importance of staging patients with complex CLI disease.
