CLI in the Setting of Mixed Arterial and Venous Disease

Fadi A. Saab, MD, FASE, FACC, FSCAI

Advanced Cardiac and Vascular Centers, Grand Rapids, Michigan

In this CLI case, a patient presents with mixed arterial and venous disease with leg discomfort at rest and with activity with noncompressible ABIs suggesting tibial artery disease. This case demonstrates the use of IVUS to detect discreet lesions that often go undetected with the use of angiogram imaging alone.

Join us at the 2023 Amputation Prevention Symposium (AMP), taking place August 16-19 in Chicago, to see similar complex cases performed live by expert operators.
