Peripheral Arterial Disease: Dr. Brian G. DeRubertis Named New Section Editor of Vascular Disease Management
November 23, 2021—Brian G. DeRubertis, MD, FACS, has been named section editor for the Peripheral Arterial Disease Section of Vascular Disease Management. Dr. DeRubertis is the Chief of the Division of Vascular & Endovascular Surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical School in New York City and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. DeRubertis’ clinical interests include open and endovascular management of complex aortic aneurysms, lower extremity arterial occlusive disease, carotid artery disease, and deep venous disease. An active researcher, he has participated in more than 15 clinical research studies as Site or National Principal Investigator. Dr. DeRubertis has received several honors and has been named among America’s Top Doctors by U.S. News & World Report.
