Homeopathic Products Pulled

Deviations from Current Good Manufacturing Practices have prompted Homeocare Laboratories Inc to recall 10 different products, according to the July 5, 2023, US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Enforcement Report.

The recall includes the following products, which were distributed throughout the United States:

• Arnica Cream, 2 oz (NDC 61727-114-02), manufactured for Brazmedics, from lot 2446 (Exp 3/24); 
• Kanjo Arnica Cream, 2 oz gel and cream (NDC 80551-201-02), manufactured for Acutens Inc, from lot 2446 (Exp 3/24);
• Bebelyn Colics, 0.50 fl oz (NDC 55758-036-01), distributed by Pharmadel, from lot 2414 (Exp 9/24);
• Bebelyn Diarrhea, 0.50 fl oz (NDC 55758-035-01), distributed by Pharmadel, from lot 2413 (Exp 9/24); 
• DoloEar, 0.50 fl oz (NDC 55758-035-15), distributed by Pharmadel, from lots 2423 (Exp 11/24) and 2445 (Exp 4/25);
• SnoreStop NasoSpray, bulk (NDC 61152-199-99), distributed by Green Pharmaceuticals, from lot 2436 (expiration unknown);
• StellaLife Peppermint Dental Rinse, 16 oz (NDC 69685-103-16), from lots 2357B and 2333 (Exp 9/23), 2367C and 2367D (Exp 11/23), 2367E and 2367F (Exp 1/24), 2395A and 2406 (Exp 2/2), 2395B (Exp 3/24), and 2395C (Exp 4/24); 
• StellaLife Coconut Dental Rinse, 16 oz (NDC 69685-113-16), from lot 2396 (Exp 4/24);
• StellaLife Dental Gel, 1 fl oz (NDC 69685-112-01), from lots 2407 (Exp 2/24), 2409A (Exp 4/24), and 2409B (Exp 5/24); and
• StellaLife Dental Spray, 1 fl oz (NDC 69685-101-02), from lots 2335 (Exp 9/23), 2364 (Exp 11/23), and 2408 (Exp 2/24).

Homeocare Laboratories voluntarily initiated the recalls June 5, 2023. On June 26, 2023, the FDA designated them Class II. The classification communicates that use of the recalled products may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences or a remote possibility of serious harm.
