Greenwood Village, Colo. and Pittsburgh, Penn. - Ingenovis Health, Inc., a technology-enabled healthcare talent provider backed by private investment firms Cornell Capital and Trilantic North America, announced the acquisition of Corazon, Inc., focusing on program development for heart, vascular, neuroscience, orthopedic, and surgical services for hospitals and health systems.
Corazon will continue to offer services to hospitals, health systems, and physician practices across the U.S. and Canada while bringing a new dimension of consulting, development, and accreditation to Ingenovis Health’s Physician Services division, which includes industry leaders VitalSolution and VISTA Staffing Solutions. The Corazon accreditation offering improves the quality of health care and is the only accreditation program endorsed by the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.
Ingenovis Health Physician Services is a provider of healthcare talent and physician services solutions in the U.S., including specialty care program services for rural and regional hospitals and health systems. The new relationship will align Corazon’s quality and service to augment current quality and specialty care programs offered by Ingenovis Health’s physician services division.
