ACC Quality Summit Explores Practical Strategies to Reboot and Rebrand Health Care Quality

ORLANDO, Fla. — The 2023 American College of Cardiology (ACC) Quality Summit kicks off on October 11-13 in Orlando, Florida, putting the spotlight on the value of ACC Accreditation and NCDR services to enhance health care quality. Cardiovascular clinicians and stakeholders across the U.S. will converge at this year’s Summit to discuss the role of accreditation and registries in health equity initiatives, best practices for rebooting and rebranding health care quality, and strategies to engage the CV team in the quality process.
“ACC’s Quality Summit is an exceptional opportunity for anyone interested in improving the quality of cardiac care to learn about the latest advances in the field and to network with like-minded professionals,” said David Winchester, MD, MS, associate professor of medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine and program chair for ACC Quality Summit. “At the Summit, we will be exploring advances in research on quality, discussing accreditation and registry services, and learning from internationally renowned speakers.”
Stephanie Mercado, CAE, CPHQ, CEO of the National Association for Healthcare Quality, will deliver the Ralph G. Brindis Keynote, "A Winning Strategy: Unleash Human Potential of the Workforce to Advance Quality and Safety." Other must-see sessions include:

The conference will be held in-person and feature over 30 educational sessions allowing attendees to earn a wide variety of continuing education credits.
