Video 4. Emerge compliant balloon at 16 atmospheres. Despite inflation pressure up to 16 atmospheres, significant waisting of the balloon persisted (Figure 2, Video 4) without significant angiographic improvement in lesion appearance (Figure 3). Subsequently, an NC Quantum Apex (Boston Scientific) 2.0mm x 15mm non-compliant balloon was used to perform a prolonged high-pressure inflation.
