Video 1. Coronary angiography confirmed a single coronary ostium, with the left main coronary artery bifurcating into the LAD and the left circumflex artery with a left-dominant system. There was an anomalous origin of the RCA from the mid portion of the LAD. The distal RCA and right posterior lateral segment (RPLS) received collateral flow from the left circumflex artery.
