Meeting Update: Management Conference 2005

Held at the Wyndham Palace Hotel March 3-5, the conference is co-sponsored by the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Alliance of Cardiovascular Professionals (ACVP). These two groups are pairing up with for the third year to arm cardiovascular leaders with the information and know-how they need to grow and develop programs in what remains a tumultuous health care environment. ACVP represents all levels and professionals involved in the cardiovascular services delivery arena. Special keynotes include: Inventions & Creations¦The Foundation of a Professional; Global Perspectives: Regulatory & Legislative Positioning; Cardiac Services Survival. Along with general sessions, the conference will feature concurrent, interactive track sessions led by nationally recognized speakers: 1. Administrative & Management Operations; 2. Additional topics will focus on health care trends that effect the development and progress of cardiovascular programs a critical and challenging area for many cardiovascular administrators. In addition, we are hosting several panels, which are prepared to answer your questions and work with you directly on your own professional challenges. Presenters will discuss strategies and case examples of successful tactics to improve cardiovascular programs. Along with educational opportunities, the conference provides the chance to shop for cardiovascular products and services exhibit-hall style; more than 25 cardiovascular companies will share their products, supplies and expertise throughout the conference.
