The following sentence on page 21: I used the following criteria in the sample Technology Assessment Tool: was meant to indicate the chart Rating Scale Used in theTechnology Assessment Tool. This chart also should have been labeled as Chart 2.

The Salary Survey on page 27 incorrectly labeled the first two credentials as RNCC (Registered Nurse) and RN (Critical Care Nurse).
