Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Centers announced that it has completed a merger with Concerted Care Group. As a result of the deal, Kolmac, a Mid-Atlantic-based provider which historically has worked with insured populations, will expand its services to treat all individuals, regardless of insurance type.

Kolmac provides outpatient addiction treatment that combines psychosocial services with medication-assisted therapy for the treatment of substance use disorder and co-occurring psychiatric disorders. CCG provides outpatient integrated behavioral health services to individuals with SUD and mental health conditions.

The deal was backed by WindRose Health Investors, a healthcare-focused private equity firm and Kolmac’s lead investor, along with Inclusive Capital Partners.

Recovia adds facility in Midtown Phoenix

Recovia, which specializes in treatments for chronic pain, general mental health and addiction, has announced the opening of a new outpatient pain management and behavioral health treatment program in Midtown Phoenix. It is the organization’s second location in the Phoenix metro area and fourth in Arizona’s Valley region overall.

“We noticed that a lot of our patients and doctors’ referrals were coming from Midtown so we thought establishing a location here would make it easier for those patients to find treatment closer to home,” Recovia partner development manager David Luksenburg said in a news release.

Summit opens center in Indiana
