Acorn Health Acquires LEAP Behavior Analysis in Tennessee

Tom Valentino, Senior Editor

Acorn Health, a national provider of applied behavior analysis therapy for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, announced that it has acquired LEAP Behavior Analysis, which operates two clinics in Tennessee. LEAP formerly conducted business under the name JKP Analysts.

“Tennessee is a very important market for us, and the addition of the LEAP team will allow us to deliver best-in-class ABA services to more families in need in the Cookeville and Cleveland areas,” Acorn CEO Vicki Kroviak said in a news release announcing the deal.

Founded in 2018, Acorn operates facilities in Michigan, Illinois, Virginia, Florida, Maryland and Pennsylvania, in addition to Tennessee. More expansion could be in the works: The company said it is actively seeking partnerships with more providers in both new existing and new markets.
