Mental Health Partners purchases new building in Central Boulder
Mental Health Partners has purchased a 30,000 square foot medical office building located on Alpine Avenue in Boulder, CO.
“The acquisition of this property will enable us to enhance services for adults in the areas of mental health and wellness, employment and education,” Barbara Ryan, phD, Chief Executive Officer of Mental Health Partners, said. “The location’s proximity to other health services used by our clients will improve access and encourage even more collaboration among our partner providers for the benefit of clients’ overall health.”
“We will continue to provide mental health services for individuals and families at our center at 1333 Iris Avenue. Our collaborative partnerships with Boulder County human services programs located on the North Broadway campus provide our shared clients with a continuum of care and support that contributes to a healthier community,” she said in a press release.
Mental Health Partners will not provide services at the Alpine location until 2013/2014 as existing tenant leases expire and subsequent remodeling is completed. The organization plans to expand its services at the location in phases over the next five years. Mental Health Partners bought the property from 1000 Alpine LLC for $5.35 million.
