Blue Sprig expands with acquisition of The Shape of Behavior

Blue Sprig Pediatrics, a Houston-based applied behavior analysis therapy services provider, has announced an acquisition that will strengthen its foothold in Texas and three additional states.

Blue Sprig has acquired The Shape of Behavior, an autism therapy provider with 22 clinics in four states, including 19 in Texas. Like Blue Sprig, The Shape is a Houston-based provider of ABA therapy services treating children with autism spectrum disorder.

In a news release announcing the deal, Blue Sprig President and CEO Keith Jones said the acquisition of The Shape is part of the company’s broader growth strategy, which will include both new construction and additional acquisitions in underserved regions.
