360 Behavioral Health acquires Southern California provider
360 Behavioral Health, a care provider network for individuals with behavioral healthcare conditions, has acquired Passport to Adaptive Living, a Southern California-based provider that helps with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. PAL will become part of 360 Behavioral Health’s California Psychcare unit, which provides services in the Southern California region.
Owned by private equity firm DW Healthcare Partners, 360 Behavioral Health was launched in April and now serves more than 4,000 clients across more than 30 locations. PAL has worked with 650 individuals and families with services including intensive behavior intervention, social skills training and adaptive skills training since it was founded in 2011.
