Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation launches new resources, offers free screening of `The Anonymous People`
The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation launched two enhanced features of its online resource center earlier this week -- Hazelden's Social Community and a newly redesigned Hazelden Bookstore.
The social community is a free online resource for anyone with interests relating to recovery from addiction. This includes individuals seeking recovery or maintaining recovery, individuals with a friend or loved one in recovery, or those with a professional purpose in the field. Aspects of the social community include daily recovery meetings, discussion boards, and ways to connect with peers.
In celebration of this launch, the foundation has planned grand opening events that include a free screening of The Anonymous People on March 1. The film will be streaming throughout the day and can be viewed by anyone from around the world. There will also be a Q&A on that day at 5p.m. EST with the film's director and some of its feature subjects.
