Webster Capital acquires autism network

Webster Capital has acquired Behavior Development Group (BDG), which treats children with autism spectrum disorder. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded by Kiel and Kate Rager, BDG provides in-home and center-based applied behavior analysis in three states. The organization maintains relationships with autism support groups, major health systems, neurology groups and other stakeholders. According to the announcement, investment will be used for future expansions.

Webster Capital currently holds investments in healthcare services, including BayMark Health Services, which operates 167 programs in North America.
