Delphi purchases Palm Beach Institute

Delphi Behavioral Health Group has acquired Palm Beach Institute, located in West Palm Beach, Fla.

According to the announcement, the facility was the first private addiction treatment program in southern Florida. Palm Beach Institute has treated more than 12,000 adults since 1970 and offers a continuum of care from medical detox to aftercare programs. Treatment modalities include 12 Steps, psychodrama, individual counseling and other approaches.

Delphi’s portfolio includes eight treatment programs located throughout Southern Florida and California with more than 260 beds available and 110 in the pipeline. A year ago, Blue Ox Healthcare Partners, LLC announced that Delphi closed on $26 million of Senior Secured Credit Facilities from KeyBanc Capital Markets. Its last acquisition was in June 2016.
