Crossroads deal adds two OTPs

Crossroads Holding, LLC has completed its acquisition of Starting Point, adding two opioid treatment programs (OTPs) to its portfolio. The organization now has 14 locations in six states.

The Starting Point deal has added locations in Florence and Hartsville, S.C. According to the announcement, the deal represents the first of several acquisitions for Crossroads.

The OTPs offer methadone and buprenorphine as well as counseling services.

Winston & Strawn LLP acted as exclusive legal advisor and Quadriga Partners, LLC served as exclusive financial advisor to Revelstoke, the private equity firm for the Crossroads portfolio.
