Deal for Centerbridge Partners to Acquire Civitas Solutions Finalized

Civitas Solutions, a provider of home- and community-based health and human services to individuals with intellectual, developmental, physical or behavioral disabilities, announced a deal has been finalized for the company to be acquired by Celtic Intermediate Corp., an affiliate of Centerbridge Partners and the Vista Group.

The acquisition, for $17.75 per share in cash, was first announced in December.

Civitas provides its services across a network that covers 36 states. In a news release announcing the deal, Civitas CEO Bruce Nardella said the deal will allow the company to further expand its service offerings.
