CarePlus Announces Outpatient Detox Program

Care Plus NJ, Inc., an integrated primary and behavioral health service provider for adults and children that operates in New Jersey as CarePlus, announced it has expanded its addiction treatment continuum with the establishment of an outpatient detox program.

The program, which will operate at CarePlus’ headquarters in Paramus, N.J., will be led by Ellery Tarife, APN. The detox program will connect enrolled individuals with medication-assisted treatment and regular medication monitoring by a multi-disciplinary team led by Tarife to manage opioid withdrawl symptoms. Individuals who enter CarePlus through the outpatient detox program will be placed into either an outpatient or intensive outpatient program to continue treatment.

CarePlus accepts most medical insurance plans, including Medicaid, and also offers a sliding scale fee based on annual income and ability to pay.
