7 leadership transitions worth knowing about

These individuals were recently appointed by their organizations into positions of leadership.

Rosecrance Health Network has announced that Anne Boccignone will be the new vice president of development at the Rosecrance Foundation. 

Pavilion Treatment Center has appointed Paul Hackman as CEO. Previously Hackman was with the Ridgeview Institute. 

Gateway Rehabilitation Center and its Ohio subsidiary the Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic have announced that longtime executive director Jerry Carter is retiring after 38 years. Taking his place will be Carolyn Givens. Givens was recently the executive director of the Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation.

The National Academy for State Health Policy has named Trish Riley as its executive director. Riley will work with state health policy officials to strengthen state health policy and practice.

Cynthia Steidl Bishop has been announced as the new CEO of Eyerly Ball Community Mental Health Services. She succeeds Earl Kelly, who has retired after nearly 10 years as head of the agency.

Kevin Wandler, MD, CEDS, Medical Director of Remuda Ranch at The Meadows, has assumed the role as president of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals Foundation for the 2015-2016 term.
