South Coast Joins Group That Includes Footprints to Recovery, Vogue Recovery Center

Michael Milch, owner and CEO of Footprints to Recovery and Vogue Recovery Center, on Wednesday announced the acquisition of South Coast Behavioral Health, a Costa Mesa, California-based provider of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorder treatment services.

The deal expands the portfolio’s geographic reach and care continuum. Together, the sister companies will have seven locations. In addition to Milch, the group is led by three Footprints and Vogue executives: chief operating officer Ambrozino Storr, chief marketing officer William Wilder and chief financial officer Janice Vaysberg.

South Coast offers medical detox, residential and outpatient treatment services, with trauma-focused programming that includes both traditional and alternative therapies. The facility is in network with several insurers, and 98% of its clients are in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
