Sanare Today Acquires Pace Addiction Program in Delware

Sanare Today, a West Chester, Pennsylvania-based provider of mental health treatment services, has acquired Delaware-based addiction treatment program PACE. Merger and acquisition advisory firm Mertz Taggart provided sale-side advisory services in the transaction.

Pace offers in-person and telehealth-based alcohol and drug addiction treatment services, with intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization and outpatient offerings. The provider has three Delware locations: Newark, Wilmington and New Castle. Pace joins Sanare Today, which offers intensive outpatient therapy and coaching to treat addiction, chronic pain, trauma, PTSD and other mental health conditions, along with patients who have dual diagnoses.
