Rosecrance Names New Chief Operating Officer

Rosecrance has announced that Carlene Cardosi, LCSW, CADC, has been promoted to chief operating officer. Cardosi has been with the organization since 2008, working in adolescent and adult residential programs in Rockford, Illinois. Most recently, she served as the organization’s vice president of residential services.

Rosecrance is a not-for-profit provider of addiction and mental health treatment, serving nearly 50,000 clients in 60 locations across Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa.
