Recovery Ways Announces Vinck as New CEO

Longtime industry executive Jaime Vinck, MC, LPC, NCC, has a new role.

Recovery Ways, a Murray, Utah-based provider of substance use disorder and mental health treatment services, announced that Vinck is joining the organization as its new CEO starting in July.

Vinck comes to Recovery Ways after most recently serving as CEO of the Sierra Tucson Group, where she led rebranding efforts of Sierra by the Sea and Sunrise Ranch. She joined Sierra Tucson in 2014 as its chief clinical officer, a position in which she helped to lead a redesign of the program’s services and improve the facility’s resident experience. In 2019, she traveled to the United Kingdom to deliver a presentation to members of Parliament on the harms of cannabis. Last year, she was also named one of Arizona’s Most Influential Women by AZ Business Magazine.

“During these dynamic times, we identified and sought out a leader with a unique vision, talent and experience to enable Recovery Ways and its leadership team to advance our mission of expanding access to quality, evidence-based care,” Greg Kazarian, executive chair of Recovery Ways Holdings, said in a news release. “Jaime Vinck's track record of success and strong voice as an industry leader made her our first choice. We are thrilled to have her join our team.”

Vinck will now join Recovery Ways, which provides detox, outpatient services, medication-assisted therapy and residential care. The organization operates three treatment centers in Utah.
