NUWAY Alliance Announces Deal for The Gables

NUWAY Alliance, a Minneapolis-based not-for-profit, has reached a deal to acquire the assets of The Gables, a residential recovery program for women in Rochester, Minnesota. The transaction coincides with the sale of the program’s residence, and it is expected close in May, pending regulatory approvals.

The Gables becomes a subsidiary of NUWAY Alliance, the recently established management company. It joins another women’s treatment facility that was recently opened by NUWAY, the extended care treatment arm of NUWAY Alliance, in South Minneapolis. The acquisition of The Gables doubles the company’s capacity for residential treatment for women, the company said in a news release announcing the deal.
