Legacy Healing Center Opens Facility in New Jersey

Legacy Healing Center, a South Florida-based addiction treatment provider, this week announced the opening of a new facility in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The company said in a news release that with many of its clients traveling from the Northeast (as well as many staff members hailing from Philadelphia and New Jersey), it made sense to expand with a new location that is closer to home for many patients.

“There are many factors that contribute to successful recovery from alcohol and drug addiction,” the company said in the release. “Traveling for treatment and seeking help close to home both have their merits. By providing residents of the Northeast both options, [Legacy is] able to cater treatment to the individual needs and goals of each patient.”

Legacy will offer the same services as those available at its South Florida facilities: detox, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, outpatient and family programs. Clinical treatment incorporates individual, group and family therapy, and Legacy also provides aftercare services that include continuing care and recovery coaching.
