Landmark Recovery Enters Deal with Sabra Health Care REIT

Landmark Recovery, an operator of drug and alcohol rehabilitation treatment centers, announced that has entered into a business relationship with Sabra Health Care REIT. Sabra has purchased Landmark’s buildings in Carmel, Indiana, and Louisville, Kentucky, and is leasing them back to the company so that Landmark can continue providing recovery services. Landmark's third property, located in Lexington, Kentucky, was not part of the transaction.

The deal gives Landmark the opportunity to expand its list of locations, Justin Hartman, Landmark president of inpatient treatment, said in a news release.

The two organizations said in the release that they plan to continue working together on future Landmark Recovery centers.
