Kadiant Announces Deal with Capitol Autism Services

Kadiant, the Oakland, California-based provider of applied behavior analysis therapy and services for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, announced on Monday that it has entered into a partnership with Capitol Autism Services, a deal that will expand its service capacity in Sacramento.

The agreement is the seventh such deal for Kadiant since the company was launched earlier this year by Lani Fritts, TPG Capital and Vida Ventures.

Founded in 2002, CAS provides in-home, clinic-based, social groups and school services. The company also operates Land Park Campus, a private school for individuals ages 3 to 22 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
