Hazelden Betty Ford Names Leader for Florida Program

The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation announced that Ahmed Eid, MA, LADC, has been named the new director of its facility in Naples, Florida.

The Naples facility offers both residential and day-treatment services. Eid has served as the program’s interim director since mid-March, Hazelden Betty Ford transitioned all of its intensive outpatient care entirely to a virtual platform amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Eid previously managed Comprehensive Opioid Response with 12 Steps (COR-12) services at Hazelden Betty Ford’s St. Paul, Minnesota, facility, while also serving as the organization’s national COR-12 director. He will maintain the latter role moving forward.
