Gallus Medical Detox Centers to Add 3 Clinics After Completing Equity Financing

SCB Global Healthcare Services announced that Gallus Medical Detox Centers, a provider of inpatient medical detox programs for alcohol and drug addiction within the SCB Global portfolio of companies, has complete a $4 million equity raise that will fund the opening of three new clinics.

SCB Global and Gallus were assisted in the deal by W.G. Nielsen & Co., a Denver-based investment banking firm that specializes in helping privately held businesses.

The three new Gallus properties, which are scheduled to open in the fall, will be located in Las Vegas, Dallas and San Antonio, joining existing facilities in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Denver. In a news release announcing the deal, Gallus said it intends to open additional facilities in 2022.
