Expansion Begins at Serenity at Summit New England

The Sanders Trust, a healthcare real estate investment company, announced that it has broken ground on an expansion of Serenity at Summit New England, a behavioral health center in Haverhill, Massachusetts, north of Boston. Sanders Trust, which is based in Birmingham, Alabama, acquired the property of Serenity at Summit New England in February 2019.

The project will add 20 beds in 18,700 square feet in a renovated building adjacent to Serenity’s main hub, increasing capacity for both inpatient and outpatient programs. The property is operated by Summit Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of Delphi Behavioral Health Group.
