Emily Program Opens Eating Disorder Program in Ohio

The Emily Program has announced that it has opened a facility in Columbus, Ohio, and joined with the Center for Balanced Living to increase eating disorder treatment services in central Ohio.

The Emily Program – Columbus will offer individual and group outpatient therapy and intensive programs for all ages, genders and eating disorder diagnoses. The opening of the Columbus program will expand treatment offerings in the area to include intensive adolescent treatment, additional outpatient options for adolescents and families, and residential care.

As it transitions its services to the Emily Program, the Center for Balanced Living will continue as a not-for-profit that advocates for raising awareness and reducing stigma around eating disorders. Center for Balanced Living patients will have their eating disorder treatment continue uninterrupted.
