BlueSprig and FAC Announce Partnership

Blue Sprig Pediatrics, which conducts business as BlueSprig, and the Florida Autism Center and Fusion Autism Center, together known as “FAC,” announced a partnership to provide applied behavior analysis therapy services for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in the southern United States.

KKR, which provided BlueSprig with financial backing at its launch in 2017, is providing additional capital to fund the merger, according to a news release announcing the deal. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Together, the companies will serve more than 1,800 families in more than 100 clinics in 13 states.
