Bay Psychiatric Associates Acquires Lenox Hill TMS Psychiatric Associates Bay Area

Bay Psychiatric Associates announced it has acquired Lenox Hill TMS Psychiatric Associates Bay Area. The deal adds offices in San Francisco’s Nob Hill neighborhood and San Mateo, joining Bay Psychiatric Associates’ existing portfolio, which includes facilities in Berkeley, San Rafael and the Parnassus Heights neighborhood of San Francisco.

Robert Estrada, MD, founder of Lenox Hill Psychiatry and the company’s medical director of interventional services, will continue in that role at the San Francisco and San Mateo offices, leading transcranial magnetic stimulation and ketamine treatments.

Launched in 1994, Bay Psychiatric Associates, which employs 30 psychiatric physicians, specializes in treatment-resistant depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD, personality disorders, substance use disorder, child and adolescent disorders, and other issues.
