Ashley Addiction Treatment Names VP of Engagement

Ashley Addiction Treatment this week announced the hiring of Tara Handron as its new vice president of engagement.

Handron arrives at Ashley having served 10 years as a regional vice president for Caron Treatment Centers, a role in which she led growth and development initiatives in the greater Washington region, built partnerships. In her new position with Ashley, Handron will collaborate with the organization’s executive team on current and future fundraising projects and pursue new opportunities for supporting Ashley’s 50,000 alumni and their families in recovery.

In addition to her work with Caron, Handron has written and performed a one-woman show that is based on her master’s thesis, “Drunk with Hope,” which highlights women’s struggles with alcohol addiction and recovery. The play has been performed at several venues across the U.S., with multiple performances in Chicago.
