Article on mental health policy appreciated

Dear Dr. Stoil,
Thank you very much for the wonderful article in the April issue (“Seven Governing Realities of Mental Health Policy,” p. 20). I truly enjoyed reading it. Your points are well taken, and it is quite interesting that politicians tend to get mileage out of their own “advocacy” for the field. All too often federal politicians take interest in our field but don't provide the necessary funding (e.g., Medicare reimbursement processes, institutions for the mentally diseased [IMD], etc.).
