Acorn Acquires ABA Therapy Programs from Concord Foundations Network

Acorn Health on Thursday announced the acquisition of the applied behavior analysis therapy assets of Concord Foundations Network, a move that will expand Acorn’s network of providers into Maryland, Pennsylvania and Tennessee, and expand operations in Michigan and Virginia.

Like Acorn’s existing locations, the Concord programs provide center-based and in-home ABA therapy services for children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

With the acquisition, Acorn’s portfolio now includes 35 properties that will serve more than 1,200 families in seven states.
