Leveraging Treatment Data to Track Outcomes and Long-Term Recovery
As a treatment professional, you must know your care plan is working. In today’s healthcare landscape, addiction treatment providers must be able to provide viable results that illustrate positive outcomes for community partners, families, and payer organizations. This is especially crucial for WestBridge, a New Hampshire and Florida-based treatment organization, specializing in the treatment of men who experience co-occurring disorders.
By pioneering a data-driven evaluation system, called the WestBridge Recovery Index, the clinicians at WestBridge have been able to show detailed positive trends in recovery for their participants over the course of the past two years. The WestBridge Recovery Index was co-developed with the Dartmouth Psychiatric Research Center, and evaluates WestBridge participants in a variety of key lifestyle areas, including: sleep, nutrition, community engagement, and more.
Ultimately, these participant surveys have allowed WestBridge clinicians to adapt care plans, educate participants, and present value over time.
Join Mary Woods, CEO of WestBridge, and Gordon Woods, Care Manager at WestBridge, as they discuss how the WestBridge Recovery Index has changed their clinical approach to ensure a sustainable recovery for their participants. In this video, the two years of data are visualized to show how WestBridge participants are trending upward in their quality of life and sustained recovery.
