New substance abuse treatment center near Phoenix
Crossroads, Inc., an organization which provides transitional living programs for recovering adults and currently has five locations in the Phoenix area, recently opened a new residential center near the Glendale-Phoenix border.
The new facility, which opened on March 1, has 30 beds and will treat men who are dealing with addiction, according to AZ Central.
The program includes a 21-day "Right Track" inpatient program. According to the Crossroads website, the Right Track program includes intense support and individualized attention that physically and mentally prepares individuals in recovery for the transition to Crossroads’ standard service plan.
The AZ Central article quotes Director of Right Track, Randy Dannheim, saying:
"Our current Right Track program comes with a 16-bed capacity. Since day one, we have been operating at capacity. Without a doubt, the demand is there ... we just needed to come up with an effective expansion plan, and I believe we have."
The plan is for men to go through the Right Track program and then be able to transition to one of the other Crossroads programs where they will stay for 126 days.
