Organizations will develop and distribute science-based prevention materials

As part of a partnership agreement with Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA), the Addiction Policy Forum will develop a multimedia series on the science of addiction. The series will include videos, flyers and toolkits.
CADCA announced this month that it will disseminate the materials to its more than 5,000 community coalitions across the country. It sees the Addiction Policy Forum materials as critical resources for evidence-based prevention efforts.
“CADCA fully supports the continuum of care—prevention, education, treatment, recovery, and we firmly believe that prevention is needed now more than ever,” CADCA chairman and CEO Gen. Arthur Dean said in a news release.
